Welcome to PUREGLAM Beauty. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

We value your time and the time of our specialists. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we enforce a strict cancellation policy:

48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Fees: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or "No-Shows," will incur a cancellation fee (up to 100% of the service cost) processed via our booking partner, Fresha.
Deposits: Any deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable if the 48-hour notice period is breached.

We strive to stay on schedule to provide every client with a high-quality experience.

Reduced Service Time: If you arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly to ensure the next client is not kept waiting.
Full Service Fee: The full original service price will still apply, as that time was reserved exclusively for you.

Booking Platform: All appointments are managed via Fresha. By booking, you also agree to Fresha’s standard Terms of Service.
Right to Refuse: PUREGLAM Beauty reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including health contraindications or safety concerns.
Pricing: All prices are in AUD and include GST. Prices are subject to change, but your price at the time of booking will be honored.

Individual Results: You acknowledge that results for beauty treatments (Lashes, Facials, and Body Sculpting) vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
Health Disclosure: It is the client's responsibility to disclose all allergies and medical conditions prior to treatment. PUREGLAM Beauty is not liable for reactions if professional standards were followed and information was withheld.
